Kea Frazier was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has always loved spending time with family and friends and enjoys seeing the new construction and communities developed throughout Cincinnati as they bring life to the area. She is a hands-on, knowledgeable realtor willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the home buying or selling experience is exceptional. 

With nearly 15 years of experience in the real estate market, Kea has the inside knowledge to help buyers and sellers across the Cincinnati area. She got her start in real estate when the housing market crashed in 2007 and began buying investment properties in hopes that the market would recover. Later, Kea decided she wanted to represent herself in those real estate deals, so she went to school in 2008 to get her real estate license. During that time, she started expanding her efforts, working with friends and family members as they bought properties. Kea discovered a deep and abiding love for seeing the smiles and joy on her client's faces when they find their ideal property — a joy that continues as she advances in her career. 

Kea treats each of her clients with the same care and determination that she would use if she were buying a property of her own. She is a certified relocation specialist focusing on clients moving to the Cincinnati area or those ready to move away from the area. She has several awards and certifications that help set her up for success, including the Ohio Presidents' Sales Club and Circle of Excellence awards. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert and a Professional Property Stager Consultant. In addition, Kea helped start and build a $3 million custom home-building construction company. Within the first two years, with only two representatives, the company was able to debut in the 2018 Cincinnati Homearama, where they took home three first-place People's Choice Awards. 

Kea has experience in every element of the home buying process, from selling and investing to the hands-on, day-to-day real estate investment process, including the custom home building process. She specializes in helping young and seasoned professionals find the ideal property for their needs in the Cincinnati market. 

Although Kea has been a realtor for almost 15 years, she is most proud of how much she’s learned and accomplished over the years. “Building an investment portfolio for my children to have down the line is such a humbling and exciting experience. I am also proud of not just being a realtor but being a mom to two amazing children who continue to make me proud with their determination, hard work, and perseverance.”

Armed with an MBA with a focus in business management, and 12 years as an Accounting Manager, I bring on board a well-rounded business and data-driven approach.
